I am sorry that Josh had to drop out but I know that he will continue his journey once he stops hobbling around. BOL to him.
Alan will definitely throw a nice spin on the competition. His postive supportive attitude will make the journey pleasurable for all of us. Maddi and I will gladly wait at the finish line to cheer for him.

Dang it. We added another guy with a much bigger following than me, a much better body than me. Couldn’t we have picked the guy in the corner office that thinks exercising is going from the bed to the couch? I mean really.

Dare has the strength and determination.
